We are partnering with a Local Authority in London to provide a high-quality Employee Relations Adviser on a 3-month contract, with the possibility of extension at the client's discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end Human Resources advice, guidance, and ER support services to Headteachers, Governors, School Business Managers, staff, and related stakeholders.
- Work on wider schools projects within the HR remit, utilizing a collaborative and positive approach.
- Develop skills and experience in areas including employee relations, reward, resourcing, and training development.
- Build effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an ER role providing ER advice is required.
- A professional approach and ability to build effective working relationships are essential.
- Clear and effective communication skills are vital.
- Availability to work immediately or at short notice.
- Right to work in the U.K.
- Basic DBS.
