- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and sentiment

- Communicate customer feedback and insights to inform business decisions
- Escalation and Issue Resolution
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer issues and concerns

- Education and Experience
- University degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, customer service)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
