About the Role

Study Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our digital business programmes. As the Head of Digital Business Programmes, you will be responsible for providing leadership and vision to deliver excellent student outcomes, quality assurance, and enhancement. You will also support the development of an innovative and quality assured digital pedagogy for Study Group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the digital business programme team
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve student outcomes and quality assurance
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve programme goals
  • Contribute to the development of an innovative and quality assured digital pedagogy
  • Manage and address day-to-day issues that arise

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual with a strong background in business and education. You will have a bachelor's degree and a postgraduate qualification in a business subject, as well as a teaching qualification. You will also have leadership and management experience in a teaching and learning environment, as well as experience of leading a team to achieve high levels of student academic performance and outcomes against agreed targets.
