About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Digital Business Programmes team. As the Head of Digital Business Programmes, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to the team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality programmes that meet the needs of our students and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for the Digital Business Programmes team, aligning with the overall goals and objectives of Study Group.
  • Lead and manage a team of programme managers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality programmes.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the development and delivery of programmes that meet the needs of our students and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and evaluate programme performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including programme partners, academic staff, and students.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Study Group policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams in a higher education or related sector.
  • Strong strategic leadership and management skills, with the ability to develop and implement plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to complex problems.
  • Knowledge of the higher education sector and its regulatory requirements.
