Meditalent Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Nurse to take on the role of Clinical Lead in our state-of-the-art private hospital in Chislehurst. As a key member of the outpatient department, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing patient care, ensuring that our high standards are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Lead and mentor nursing staff, offering guidance and support in daily operations and care standards.
- Quality and Compliance Focus: Act as the primary lead on quality and governance, ensuring the department meets high standards and remains compliant with relevant healthcare regulations.
- Leadership and Management: Provide consistent leadership within the multidisciplinary team, setting a high standard for quality and evidence-based care.
- Current NMC Registration: Must hold a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Pin.
- Proven experience in a senior nursing role, preferably in an outpatient setting.
- Up to £28,200 per annum (pro rata), plus benefits and paid enhancements.
- 25 days annual leave, increasing with employment.
