About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the German market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and rebuilding relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Outreach & Relationship Building:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through regular communication and visits.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  1. Account Management & Sales Administration:
  • Manage customer interactions and track leads using our CRM system.
  • Handle administrative duties, including following up on unpaid invoices and customer complaints.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored sales strategies and solutions for each account.
  1. Training & Product Knowledge Development:
  • Engage in ongoing product training and development to stay up-to-date on our orthodontic appliances.
  • Participate in sales and negotiation coaching sessions with senior team members.
  • Attend induction and cross-departmental training to gain a comprehensive understanding of our company's operations and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in medical or technical industries.
  • Fluent in both English and German, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt and find solutions for diverse client profiles.
  • Results-oriented and tenacious, with a determination to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
  • Ability to understand complex technical products and be open to ongoing training and development.
