We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team in Clwyd Recruitment Solutions Ltd. This is a full-time, permanent position based in various locations across Mid Wales, with an estimated annual salary of £38,000 - £48,000 depending on experience.

Our comprehensive benefits package includes pension scheme, company vehicle, and 28 days paid holiday (including bank holidays). The successful candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of street lighting and associated electrical equipment.

About the Position:

  • This role requires the candidate to work at heights using equipment such as hydraulic platforms or cherry pickers.
  • Fault-finding and troubleshooting issues with lighting columns, lanterns, cabling, and controls are key responsibilities of this position.
  • Liaising with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently is also essential.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess City & Guilds 2365 or equivalent in electrical installations.
  • A valid UK driving licence is required; HGV or IPAF licence is desirable but not essential.
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards, particularly in electrical works, is crucial for this role.
