About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team at The Edwardian Manchester, A Radisson Collection Hotel. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms are cleaned to the highest standards and are ready for our guests to enjoy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards
  • Restock amenities and supplies as needed
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with other Housekeeping team members to ensure that all rooms are cleaned and ready for guests
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a Housekeeping or related role
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Basic command of English language
