Housekeeping Team Member

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Team Member to join our team at Unite Students. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of our student accommodation, ensuring our residents have a comfortable and enjoyable living experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality cleaning services to our communal spaces, including entrances, common rooms, hallways, and outdoor areas.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Log maintenance issues to ensure our properties remain safe and secure.

  • You will have a strong attention to detail and take pride in delivering high-quality cleaning and customer service.
  • You will be a hardworking and flexible individual, willing to get stuck in and support your colleagues.
  • You will be a friendly face around the property, happy to chat with our residents and answer their questions.
  • You will possess a positive attitude and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
