We're looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Nando's. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in driving the success of our restaurant, leading a team of talented individuals, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of Assistant Managers and Team Members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure the highest standards of customer service and food quality are maintained at all times.
  • Manage and control labor costs, inventory, and other operational expenses to achieve budget targets.
  • Identify and develop opportunities for growth and improvement within the restaurant.

Requirements:
