Job Title: Oracle Database Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Database Administrator to join our team at Version 1. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex Database Server solutions for mid to enterprise level organisations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and support Oracle Database environments from versions 11g upwards
  • Develop and maintain high-performance database systems
  • Design and implement Oracle Fusion Middleware solutions
  • Migrate databases to Oracle OCI and AWS RDS
  • Optimize database performance and troubleshoot issues
  • Develop and maintain disaster recovery and backup procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth database operations
Requirements:
  • Proven experience with Oracle Database administration
  • Excellent performance tuning and optimization skills
  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Middleware and WebLogic
  • Experience with database migration and disaster recovery
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
