Job Title: Manual Miller

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Manual Miller to join our team at CNC Precision. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality components to tight tolerances using manual mills.

Key Responsibilities:
* Follow drawings to produce correct components to the required standards in the most efficient and cost-effective way
* Setting and operating manual mills
* Setting tools and producing parts to tight tolerances from customer drawings
* Using various tooling to minimize cycle times by determining the most efficient machining process
* Use of inspection and test equipment
* Maintain quality paperwork
* Maintaining equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements

Requirements:
* Previous, substantial experience as a Manual Miller
* Flexible approach to work
* Experience working in engineering/production environment within an engineering machine shop
* Capable of selecting/advising/setting of the correct tooling to maximize efficiency
* You must be very well organized and disciplined in your work
* Good communication skills, verbal and written
* Experience of working with a variety of materials

Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday
