We are seeking a highly skilled Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our dedicated team at Bromford. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to make a real difference in the community by maintaining safe, vibrant green spaces.

As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality service to residents. This physically demanding role requires working outdoors year-round, in all weather conditions, while maintaining accurate records and sharing best practices to continuously improve our service.

The ideal candidate will have experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping, with ideally hold NPTC or Lantra qualifications in brush cutter, pedestrian mower, ride-on mower, hedge cutter, and PA1 and PA6 for pesticide spraying (training available). A strong understanding of health and safety and COSHH requirements is also essential.

This role offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a benefits package that includes access to a stocked van (shared use) and a fuel card, 27 paid holidays per year, plus bank holidays and the option to buy/sell up to 5 days annual leave, and more.
