About the Role

The Implementation Specialist role at TPP is a key position in our team, responsible for guiding new customers through the process of planning and managing the implementation of our SystmOne software.

This involves overseeing and planning projects from start to finish, both in the UK and internationally. As an Implementation Specialist, you will work alongside other teams in the company to take issues from customers and help solve complex problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a safe and successful migration of tens of thousands of patients in most projects
  • Work with customers to plan and manage the implementation process
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues and deliver a high-quality service
  • Manage the direction of projects and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

We are looking for individuals with a degree (desirable but not essential) and A levels or equivalent. If you have good communication skills and are keen to learn, you will be given responsibility within your first few weeks.

We reimburse applicants for travel to and from interviews, and applications will be kept on file for up to 12 months.
