We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our client's team as their new Head of Practice/Rural Partner.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all day-to-day operations, developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and efficiency, and providing leadership to the rural surveying team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and developing the rural surveying team
  • Developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and efficiency
  • Maintaining existing client relationships and cultivating new ones
  • Providing leadership and guidance to the team

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience of working at Head of Practice/Rural Partner level
  • MRICS qualification
  • Commitment to delivering a high standard of service
  • Full UK driving license
