Role Overview:
A prestigious Hospitality brand in Harrogate is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join their finance team. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to work with a reputable organization and drive commercial success.

This full-time, office-based role is perfect for detail-oriented finance professionals who are passionate about enhancing profitability. You will work under the guidance of a qualified accountant as part of an established finance team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills and be able to interpret financial data to inform business decisions. Key responsibilities include:

* Assisting in the preparation of month-end management accounts and forecasting with operations teams
* Managing fixed asset reporting and consolidation
* Analyzing Profit & Loss accounts to identify areas for improvement
* Evaluating and refining accounting processes for business relevance
* Reviewing financial performance and recommending improvements to boost profitability

The successful candidate can expect a salary of £35,000 - £40,000 + Benefits Package, including enhanced holiday entitlement and heavily discounted hospitality stays.
