Job Description:

The successful candidate will ideally have experience in an Installation Manager role as well as knowledge of the plumbing industry and wider building trade. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting technical surveys within customers' properties to enable right-first-time installation.
  • Overseeing installation teams throughout the installation process.
  • Conducting regular site visits to quality check and resolve any site-based issues.
  • Managing remedial works and warranty issues.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, installers, and head office-based staff. A competitive base salary of £40,000, plus £4,800 car allowance, bonus, and additional benefits, including a laptop, phone, and extra leave for their birthday, will be offered to the successful candidate.
