Bathroom Installation Manager Opportunity

Elliott Recruitment Solutions Limited is pleased to represent a national organisation with an excellent opportunity for a North West-based Installation Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the installation of bathrooms across the North West region, ensuring high-quality results and meeting customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of installation specialists to ensure timely and efficient completion of bathroom installations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and grow the customer base
  • Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
