Job Overview:

We are welcoming international applications from haematology ward nurses with chemo experiences, who are motivated and share our passion for creating a healthier tomorrow. As a Haematology Ward Nurse, you will be working towards the completion of the OSCE training programme, gaining your NMC registration and the post of Registered Nurse.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care to meet the patient and their family's needs.
  2. Planning and delivering appropriate care for admissions and discharges.
  3. Undertaking extended roles such as venepuncture, cannulation and phlebotomy.
  4. Contributing to the ongoing research-based care and other practice development initiatives.
  5. Working with junior staff and delegating and supervising the care in a fair and equitable manner.
  6. Recognising the signs and symptoms of a deteriorating patient and initiate early interventions in a calm and coordinated manner.

Requirements:

  1. Completed IELTs / OET (Overall Grade 7 or equivalent) or from a majorly speaking English country.
  2. Completed NMC Application.
  3. Circa 4 years of post-registration experience in haematology ward or more.
  4. Ideally, trained and able to administer chemo.

General Medical and Surgical Ward experience will NOT be considered.
