We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team at FirstPort (UK). As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional property management services to our customers, ensuring that our customer experience is engaging and frustration-free.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring that they are well maintained and compliant with statutory obligations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Work autonomously, managing your own diary and prioritizing sites that require more of your time and attention.
- Arrange and facilitate regular meetings with key stakeholders, guiding and positively influencing decisions and disputes.
- Manage and authorize all expenditure throughout the year, maintaining cash flow and ensuring value for money for customers and clients.
- Ensure that all properties are managed in accordance with key Health and Safety legislation, including Fire Safety, Asbestos, and Legionella/Water Hygiene Control regulations.
- Conduct comprehensive site inspections and visits, ensuring that portfolio KPIs are achieved throughout the year.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience of housing or property management and delivering an exceptional customer service.
- An IRPM/TPI qualification is highly desirable.
- Commercially astute, able to use data, trend analysis, and insights to make decisions.
- Confident, articulate communicator, able to build relationships with all types of customers and clients.
- Able to work with autonomy across multiple sites.
- Ability to effectively chair and present meetings and deliver complex updates and financial information to different audiences.
- Efficient in maintaining administration and finance records electronically.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations, Residential Landlord & Tenant legislation relevant to property management.
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines, able to prioritize and delegate and manage time effectively.
