Retail Merchandising Specialist

Are you passionate about creating visually appealing store displays and ensuring products are effectively merchandised?

eXPD8 is seeking a Retail Merchandising Specialist to join our field-based retail merchandising team. As a key member of our team, you will work with high street retailers on behalf of iconic brands, ensuring that products and promotions are displayed attractively and shelves are well-stocked.

About the Role:

This role involves working across various categories, including ad-hoc tasks. You will be responsible for setting up fixtures, arranging products on shelves and displays, and implementing planograms to ensure consistency and compliance with merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compliance and Standards: You will adhere to merchandising standards, store policies, and health and safety guidelines.
• Product Placement and Replenishment: You will arrange and organize products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
• Promotional and Point of Sale Setup: You will set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
• Strong Communication and Relationship Building: You will build and maintain good working relationships with in-store colleagues and provide accurate and timely feedback to our client account teams.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in merchandising, retail, and/or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and use your own initiative to find solutions.
• Pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients.
• Comfortable with manual handling and willing to accept home deliveries of point of sale or stock items.
• Confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions about your tasks.
• A full UK driving license and access to a car is a bonus.
