Are you a merchandising expert looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for creating visually appealing store displays? We're looking for a Retail Merchandising Specialist to join our team at eXPD8.

This role will involve working with a range of high street retailers on behalf of iconic brands, ensuring that products and promotions are displayed effectively and that shelves are well-stocked. You'll be responsible for setting up fixtures, arranging products, and implementing planograms to ensure consistency and compliance with merchandising standards.

We're looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You'll need to be comfortable with manual handling and have a full UK driving licence and access to a car.

As a Retail Merchandising Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of products and brands, and to develop your skills and knowledge in the field of merchandising. You'll also be part of a dynamic and supportive team, and will have access to training and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure that merchandising standards and guidelines are followed, and that planograms are implemented correctly.
  • Product Placement and Replenishment: Arrange and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
  • Promotional and Point of Sale Setup: Set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
  • Strong Communication and Relationship Building: Build and maintain good working relationships with instore colleagues, and provide accurate and timely feedback to our client account teams.
