Residential Construction Manager

We are looking for a skilled Residential Construction Manager to join our team in Birmingham. As a key member of our construction consultancy, you will be responsible for managing construction projects and providing cost advice to clients.
About the Role:- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of residential construction and be able to manage budgets, timelines, and resources.
- They will also be able to lead teams, make decisions, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Additionally, they will need to stay up-to-date with regulatory and legislative requirements and work closely with key members of the project team, engineers, and contractors.
- A competitive salary of £65,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- A bonus scheme that offers an additional 3% of annual salary paid quarterly if targets are met within the quarter.
- A pension scheme with matched contributions.
- An opportunity to purchase or sell additional annual leave up to 3 days.
- A holiday allowance of 24 days plus bank holidays, increasing to 25 days after 5 years.
- Hybrid/flexible working arrangements, typically 3 days in the office (Tuesday to Thursday), with flexibility for appointments, senior roles, and site visits.
