Fusion People Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Construction Health and Safety Professional to join their team in Solihull.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience working on multiple projects, ideally educated to degree level in a construction related field, and hold relevant qualifications such as the NEBOSH Construction Certificate or similar technical or professional qualification.

This role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work independently on smaller projects or as part of a team on larger projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring output from projects is of a high standard, and will need to work closely with all members of the firm who could be either clients or collaborators.

**Salary:** £55,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus car allowance dependent on experience

**Job Description:**

  • Work on a wide variety of projects, from new build housing to infrastructure and specialist projects.
  • Independently undertake site inspections and monitoring visits to determine health & safety compliance.
  • Aware of repeat and new business opportunities and escalate these to senior management.
