About the Role:

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Tenancy Support Worker to join our team in Merthyr Tydfil. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to individuals experiencing difficulties with their tenancies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing the needs of service users to identify areas where support is required.
  • Developing and implementing tailored plans to address the needs of service users.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Tenancy Support Worker or similar role within the housing sector.
  • Ability to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds and with varying levels of need.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
