Join Exemplar Health Care as a Domestic Assistant and be part of our team that provides exceptional care to people living with acquired brain injuries, complex mental health needs, dementia, and physical disabilities.
We are committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our state-of-the-art home, and we need someone who shares this commitment. As a Domestic Assistant, you will be responsible for carrying out daily and weekly cleaning routines, including dusting, mopping, polishing, and vacuuming.
You will clean all areas of the home, including bedrooms, lounges, kitchens, bathrooms, offices, and other designated spaces. You will also use equipment such as carpet cleaning machines and support with washing and drying laundry as required.
In addition to your cleaning duties, you will be responsible for reporting breakages, damage, defects, and hazards. You will work closely with our residents to build trust and promote choice, dignity, and independence.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a brand-new team in a purpose-built home. You will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and colleagues.
As a Domestic Assistant at Exemplar Health Care, you will receive great rewards and perks, including regular supervision, peer support, learning opportunities, and career prospects. You will also have access to wages before payday, retail and lifestyle discounts, a free DBS check, 24/7 counselling and support, and Blue Light Card eligibility.
We value relevant experience but do not require it for this role. Above all, you must identify with our values of fun, integrity, responsiveness, success, and teamwork. You must also be kind, caring, and understanding, with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills.
The salary for this role is £11.44 per hour, making it an attractive option for those looking for stable and secure employment opportunities. If you are passionate about high standards of cleanliness and have great housekeeping skills, we encourage you to apply.
