Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Customer Service Representative to join our Rider Services team. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional support to applicants and riders, ensuring a seamless experience across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to applicants and riders via phone and email
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve targets and maintain high productivity and quality standards
  • Escalate issues with proposed solutions and share feedback with your manager
  • Contribute to administrative tasks and identify trends of fraudulent behavior
  • Support colleagues in 1st line support with escalated queries
  • Work weekends and bank holidays as required
Requirements
  • Fluency in English and Dutch, spoken and written
  • At least 1 year of experience as a customer service agent, handling phone calls and emails
  • Target-driven and passionate about delivering world-class support
  • Availability to work weekends and bank holidays
  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in Operations or Customer Services environment
  • Experience handling escalations
