About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mental Health Social Worker to join our team at Oxford Health NHS Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to individuals with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop care plans for service users with mental health difficulties
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide support and guidance to service users and their families
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of social work policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Professional Social Work qualification (DipSW, CQSW, CSS or equivalent)
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council
  • Experience of working with service users with complex mental health needs
  • Good organisational skills and ability to manage time effectively
