Job Title: ENT Specialist Physician

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled ENT Specialist Physician to join our team in Swindon.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide high-quality clinical care to adult patients attending the community ENT service.
* Perform ENT procedures such as epistaxis treatment, balance assessments, external auditory canal clearance, nasopharyngoscopy, and laryngoscopy.
* Consult, diagnose, and treat patients while maintaining the highest clinical standards.
* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring seamless clinical service delivery and supporting administrative staff where necessary.
* Participate in clinical audits and contribute to the continuous improvement of service quality.

Candidate Profile:

* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathise with patients and their families.
* Significant experience in diagnosing and treating ENT conditions, including surgical procedures, within a UK healthcare community setting.
* Fully registered with the General Medical Council (GMC) with relevant qualifications and specialisations in ENT.
* Up-to-date with all mandatory training requirements.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements:

* Medical Degree: MBBS/MBChB (or equivalent) from a recognised institution.
* ENT Diploma: Specialised qualifications in ENT.
* Evidence-Based Practice: Comprehensive understanding of ENT conditions and adherence to current evidence-based practice guidelines.
* Mandatory Training: All required healthcare certifications and mandatory training are up to date.
