Senior Recruitment Consultant Opportunity

Step Teachers is a leading education recruitment agency established in 2000, with a strong presence in Southern England. We provide high-quality permanent and temporary teachers and support staff to nurseries, primary, secondary, and special needs schools and colleges.

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant within the London Primary Team, you will work in a dynamic, high-performing environment, managing a desk with a high volume of placements. The role offers a competitive salary and the potential to achieve an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of £70,000+ through performance-based incentives and commission structures.

Work hours are structured from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm during term time and 8:30 am to 3:00 pm during non-term time. Upon completing probation and successfully meeting targets, you will be given the option to work from home 4 days a week during non-term time.
