Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will work a rota that covers days and nights, Monday to Sunday, and will be responsible for delivering high-quality person-centred care, promoting dignity and independence for all residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care, promoting dignity and independence for residents
  • Administer medication and manage wounds
  • Develop and implement care plans and risk assessments
  • Make clinical decisions using professional judgement
  • Adhere to regulatory frameworks and deliver end-of-life care

Essential Qualifications

  • RGN / RMN qualification
  • Current NMC registration with a valid PIN

Key Skills

  • Medication administration and wound management
  • Preparation, implementation and review of care plans and risk assessments
  • Knowledge and ability to make all clinical decisions within the remit of the role
  • Understanding and adherence to all regulatory frameworks
  • Working knowledge and delivery of end-of-life care needs
