About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our development team in the UK. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software solutions while mentoring junior developers and ensuring code quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement high-performance software applications.
  • Lead technical decision-making processes and conduct code reviews.
  • Mentor and guide junior software engineers in best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.
  • Write and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in software development.
  • Strong proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Proven experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
