Job Title: Lettings Director Location: Hove, UK Opportunity: ProFind is seeking an ambitious and experienced professional to lead the launch and growth of a new lettings department. As a well-established property company, we are expanding our offerings to include lettings, and we need a skilled leader to spearhead this initiative. Role Overview: As the Lettings Director, you will be responsible for establishing, managing, and growing a new lettings department. This is a pivotal role within the company, offering a unique opportunity to shape the future of the business. You will have the autonomy to develop and implement strategies that drive success, ensuring the department's profitability and long-term sustainability. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Department Setup: Lead the creation of the lettings department from the ground up, including the development of processes, policies, and systems.
  2. Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of lettings agents and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  3. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the department operates in full compliance with all lettings legislation, including health and safety regulations, tenancy deposit schemes, and other relevant laws.
  4. Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, increase revenue, and improve market share.
  5. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize results.
