Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain and Logistics Assistant to join our team at Wynne Consulting. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services from our European Customisation and Distribution Centre in Luxembourg to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process sales orders and order-related documents within our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
  • Arrange logistics for local project requirements and coordinate deliveries from our European Customisation and Distribution Centre
  • Order fulfillment of products, hardware options, and other project-related equipment
  • Support customs processes for company equipment, including commercial invoices
  • Process project closures, pick slips, invoices, and related project documents within the ERP system
  • Communicate effectively with customers, freight providers, and suppliers
  • Maintain accurate sales order data to ensure timely project delivery and invoicing
  • Investigate, monitor, record, and resolve customer/internal queries for quality control
  • Support the Supply Chain and Logistics team and wider teams to meet department and business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a similar position
  • Desirable: Order processing experience and knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office package (JDE or SAP advantageous)
  • Excellent time management, planning, and accuracy skills
  • Ability to support or lead local or group-based projects and implementations
