About the Role

As a Multi Skilled Engineer, you will be part of a close-knit team responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing facilities.

  • You will be responsible for diagnosing and rectifying faults, as well as enhancing and maintaining plant and equipment.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure seamless production and high-quality output.
  • Maintain positive relationships with contractors and suppliers.

We require someone with a proven track record in electrical or multi-skilled engineering, ideally with a Level 3 NVQ or equivalent.

GCSE Grade C and above in Maths and English is essential, with desirable qualifications including GCSE Grade B and above in relevant subjects.

The estimated salary for this role is £36,000 - £41,000 per annum, based on experience and performance.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule preventative maintenance and update the maintenance log.
  • Lead the installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to resolve technical issues.
  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives.
