Job Title: Support WorkerWe are seeking empathic and patient Support Workers to join our team at our supported living service in Hemsworth. As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centered support to individuals who are living in our community, enabling them to maintain independence and engage in activities they enjoy.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide support to individuals with care and support needs, enabling them to maintain independence and engage in activities they enjoy.
- Encourage and support individuals to engage in the local community, clubs, cinema, shows, days out, gym, pub lunches, shopping, and activities of their choice.
- Support individuals to maintain relationships with friends and family, and to develop new relationships within the community.
- Work closely with new partnerships and activities to enhance the lives of individuals in our care.
- A competitive hourly rate of £11.94.
