About the Role

As a Support Worker, you'll be working in a unique bungalow with 4 bedrooms, providing 1:1 support to our tenants. You'll be responsible for promoting personalised choice and options regarding independent living, promoting wellbeing and independence. You'll work closely with families and significant others within the person's circle of care, promoting equality, diversity, and following professional boundaries.
