About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Qualifications Manager to join our team at the Chartered Institute of Fundraising. As the Qualifications Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, management, and delivery of qualifications that provide fundraisers with professional recognition, increased insight, and improved job prospects.

The successful candidate will have experience in developing and managing qualifications in an educational establishment, working with subject matter experts to maintain and develop learning content, and faculty/speaker acquisition and working with senior-level stakeholders. They will also possess knowledge or experience of the charity sector, fundraising, or professional associations, as well as proficiency in Learning Management Systems and CRM systems.

In this role, you will take charge of all our existing qualifications, ensuring the academic integrity of learning products and project managing the rewrite of our Level 4 Certificate and Level 5 Diploma qualifications. You will also scope opportunities to deliver Level 3 and 6 qualifications in the future, offering students modular options and a more comprehensive learning solution.

Additionally, you will support us to achieve Ofqual awarding status and obtaining final chartered status, empowering us to award chartered status to individual fundraisers. If you are a motivated and experienced education professional looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage qualifications that meet the needs of fundraisers
  • Work with subject matter experts to maintain and develop learning content
  • Project manage the rewrite of Level 4 Certificate and Level 5 Diploma qualifications
  • Scope opportunities to deliver Level 3 and 6 qualifications
  • Support achievement of Ofqual awarding status and final chartered status
