Key Responsibilities:
  • To lead the development and implementation of digital engineering strategies across the organisation
  • To manage and mentor a team of engineers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver high-quality results
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
Requirements:
  • Degree in a relevant engineering discipline (e.g. Mechanical, Electrical, Software)
  • Proven experience in a leadership or management role
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies and their application in manufacturing
