We are seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Intersect Global Ltd. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, with experience in civil engineering projects. You will be responsible for preparing and managing project budgets, conducting site inspections, and negotiating with contractors and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, including estimating costs and identifying potential risks
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards
  • Negotiate with contractors and suppliers to secure the best possible prices and services
