**About the Role**

We are looking for a highly experienced and organized Relief Services Coordinator to join our property management team at PropertyWeek4Jobs. As a key member of our relief development management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our residential developments across Cardiff and Swansea.

Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining a high profile around the development/office, ensuring our residents are checked within our requirements. In the event of an emergency, you will call the appropriate response team or authorities. You will also be responsible for carrying out daily checks to ensure the building is safe and secure, keeping all communal areas, gardens, and grounds clean and maintained through effective management of contractors.

You will be responsible for all works being completed, raising orders, managing contractors, monitoring progress, and signing off completion. Additionally, you will help build a sense of community by encouraging and supporting a Social Committee to plan and run social events for all residents.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to resolve issues and complaints effectively. A strong IT background, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, is essential. The salary for this position is £12.19 per hour plus benefits, offering a competitive compensation package and opportunities for growth and progression.
