Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Education Support Assistant to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of students in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the class teacher in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes academic and personal growth.
  • Support students in their academic and personal development, providing individualized attention and guidance as needed.
  • Help with classroom management and behavior strategies, ensuring a safe and respectful learning environment.
  • Participate in extracurricular activities and school events, fostering a sense of community and teamwork.

Requirements:

  • A positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for working with children and young adults.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and staff.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work with different age groups and in various subjects.
