About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Support Worker to join our Redbridge Floating Support Service team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing flexible support to clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and sustain their accommodation.

Our service works across all housing tenures within the Redbridge borough, supporting individuals with a range of needs. We believe in empowering our clients to lead independent lives with confidence, and we provide a person-centred, progressive approach to achieve this.

The ideal candidate will have experience of supporting clients with tasks such as budgeting, benefit entitlements, and housing options. They will also have a thorough understanding of safeguarding issues and be able to undertake comprehensive risk assessments.
