About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced entrepreneur to join our team as a Startup Ecosystem Developer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and running your own start-up in the field of TravelTech.

  • Develop a business plan for your startup and secure funding through our venture capital program.
  • Manage a team of employees and make key decisions about the direction of your startup.
  • Access our network of over 20 unicorn founders and high-quality entrepreneurship education designed by serial entrepreneurs.
Compensation and Benefits

As a Startup Ecosystem Developer at EWOR GmbH, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately €100,000 per year. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive up to €150,000 in venture capital to support your startup development journey.
