- Previous experience teaching students with SEMH needs is preferred.
- Strong understanding of behaviour management strategies and SEN teaching techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage students, staff, and parents.
- A relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS) and a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
