- Provide targeted support to students with special needs, promoting their academic and personal development.
- Associate's degree in Special Education or a relevant certification.
- Proven experience working with children with special needs, demonstrating a strong understanding of their challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
