Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to join our Senior Leadership Team at Oaklands College. As a key member of the Principal's office, you will provide high-level administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of the team and contributing to the overall efficiency of the college.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the SLT, including meeting organization, email management, and data entry.
  • Managing the diary and email inbox of the Principal's PA, ensuring timely responses and follow-up actions.
  • Organizing and minute meetings, taking accurate minutes and following up on action points.
  • Developing an understanding of the college's business and strategy, interpreting information and assisting with presentation preparation.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A good standard of education or relevant work experience.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, with experience of data systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Salary:

£31,389 - £34,313 per annum.
