Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough property inspections to identify repair needs and develop effective repair plans.
- Prioritize repair work and coordinate schedules to ensure timely completion and minimize disruption to clients.
- Oversee contractors and ensure that repair work is completed to a high standard, adhering to relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, repair schedules, and completed works, providing regular updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other professionals, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure the structural integrity and safety of properties.
- Provide expert advice on property repairs and maintenance strategies, helping clients to make informed decisions about their properties.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a general repairs or maintenance role, with a strong understanding of building construction, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Proficient in report writing and record keeping, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- A valid UK driving licence and the ability to travel within the designated area.
