Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough property inspections to identify repair needs and develop effective repair plans.
  • Prioritize repair work and coordinate schedules to ensure timely completion and minimize disruption to clients.
  • Oversee contractors and ensure that repair work is completed to a high standard, adhering to relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, repair schedules, and completed works, providing regular updates to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure the structural integrity and safety of properties.
  • Provide expert advice on property repairs and maintenance strategies, helping clients to make informed decisions about their properties.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a general repairs or maintenance role, with a strong understanding of building construction, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Proficient in report writing and record keeping, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • A valid UK driving licence and the ability to travel within the designated area.
