The Role:

As the Registered Children's Home Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our home in Shropshire, ensuring compliance with OFSTED standards and regulations. You will provide leadership and guidance to staff members, creating a nurturing environment that fosters growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with OFSTED standards and regulations
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff members
  • Create a nurturing environment that fosters growth and development
  • Actively participate in new referrals and admissions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address the individual needs of each young person
Requirements:
  • Experience managing an OFSTED-rated Good or Outstanding children's home
  • Level 5 Diploma qualification in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England)
  • Full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months
