Learning Support Specialist

Are you a motivated and compassionate individual looking for a new challenge in education? We are seeking a SEM Teaching Professional to join our team at TeacherActive. As a SEM Teaching Professional, you will be working on a day-to-day basis in SEMH/SEND schools based in Redditch, providing 1:1 support and general classroom assistance to students with SEMH needs.
About the Role:- Provide tailored support to students with SEMH needs
- Collaborate with teachers to deliver high-quality education
- Utilize strong behaviour management skills to ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Previous experience working with teenagers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player attitude with a flexible approach to work
- Experience working in an SEMH school or setting
- A competitive rate of pay (£25,000 - £35,000 per annum)
- Sufficient time to plan and prepare lessons
- The opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of students
- A high level of support provided by your dedicated SEND Consultant
